ROFF is the Best Portuguese Company to Work For

For the second year in a row, ROFF was recognised by the Excellence at Work Award. This year, ROFF took 4th place in the category of "Large Companies" and was the first Portuguese company in a list headed by foreign multinationals. The company was also awarded 2nd place in the Professional Services Sector Award for "Best Company".

This double distinction reinforces the work done by all ROFF employees and especially the Human Resources policy it has implemented, based on a culture of informality and entrepreneurship between its employees. It is a company that promotes team spirit and creativity, encouraging all of its employees to use innovative technologies to create new business lines with their customers.

According to Francisco Febrero, CEO of ROFF, "we are extremely happy and very proud to receive this award. A company's success is directly linked to the well-being of its employees and their involvement in the company's growth. If we take care of our employees, we take even better care of our customers. It is interesting to see that most companies that show the best business results are those that have an informal environment, an environment of collaboration amongst all of the talents that are part of the company."

The Excellence at Work Awards are based on a study conducted by Heidrick & Struggles, together with the Portuguese newspaper Diário Económico (Daily Economy) and ISCTE's Business School. They aim at educating the market about the importance of Human Capital Management in its various dimensions. They do so through recognizing companies that stand out for their good working practices and taking high employee satisfaction into consideration.
