The recipients of this tool are, primarily, Norfin's asset managers, but specific usage reports for different areas of the business are included, and designed for operational users. This restructuring affects the areas of finance, marketing, real estate, project managers and property development.

The SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud project at Norfin enables the aggregation of information from various sources, SAP and non-SAP, Cloud and On-Premise (on the company's local servers), such as the financial platform (Real Estate Funds and financial management), Cloud for Customer and SQL databases. All these aspects are gathered on a single viewing platform and with a single entry point for real estate management with the Real Estate and Reporting solution, whose data integrate and standardise information from various sources.
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution features a smart, integrated ERP system that runs on the in-memory database, SAP HANA. The cloud version enables Norfin to maximise its agility with standardised business processes built on proven best practices, delivering innovation as often as four times a year, with a rapid return on investment and lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
As part of the project, Inetum also implemented the SAP Analytics Cloud solution which allows the company to align the strategic, financial and operational planning by interconnecting its different areas, people, information and ideas, which consequently leads to quick and safe decision-making. Through this solution, all company data is synchronised, in real time, and then presented to those responsible in dashboards, charts and reports that are easy to analyse. With these conclusions, Norfin can identify the opportunities that will drive its business forward.
