ROFF awarded the Ruban d'Honneur

ROFF has just received the Ruban d'Honneur of the European Business Awards 2011, in the Employer of the Year category.
ROFF was one of two Portuguese companies recognised with the prestigious Ruban d'Honneur, and it will now compete against the other nine international finalists in the Grand Final of the European Business Awards, to be held on 22nd November in Barcelona.

The European Business Awards distinguish the best companies in Europe in the innovation field, aiming to highlight companies that have been successful in combining innovation and business growth, whilst upholding a responsible attitude in the sector in which they operate.

"Receiving a Ruban d'Honneur in the European Business Awards is a sign of appreciation of our work, confirming the determination with which we conduct all our business activity. The commitment of our teams, the importance of our customers and partners culminates in ROFF's leadership and the recognition of the sector."

Francisco Febrero, CEO of ROFF

All the companies awarded a Ruban d'Honneur are now going to prepare for the presentation in September, in London, to a third and final judging panel of highly regarded academics, heads of state, industrialists, entrepreneurs and media commentators. The overall winner of the Employer of the Year Award will be chosen from among the 10 recipients of the Ruban d'Honneur.

In 2010, the 100 winners of the European Business Awards registered a joint turnover of more than EUR 766 billion and they employed more than 3.5 million people in Europe.
