ROFF gains 2nd place in the ranking of "Best Companies to Work For"

ROFF, a leading company in Portugal in the implementation of SAP solutions, obtained the second place in the ranking of "Best Company to Work For in Portugal" with more than 250 employees, according to a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. The company also achieved the first place in the "Professional Services" category.
ROFF, as one of the pioneering consultanting companies in the implementation of a human resources policy based on employees´ well-being, was also awarded the "Health & Well-being Award" and earned the special "Leadership" award, both awarded for the first time this year.

This award is a recognition for ROFF's efforts, beginning several years ago, in promoting a positive work environment that fosters creativity. Among the measures implemented are the creation of a motherhood and family support policy to give employees flexible working hours and the possibility of remote working, the promotion of healthy habits by providing bicycles for free use and Pilates balls to help improve posture. In addition, fresh fruit is provided every day on the company's premises, sports groups have been started and other initiatives launched, such as free general medical services and the creation of leisure zones equipped with games consoles to facilitate stress management.

Currently with a fully consolidated health and well-being policy, ROFF has continued to develop new actions such as the implementation of massage and beauty treatment services, free nutrition consultations, and offering healthy snacks, all within company premises.  
Another area that differentiates ROFF is leadership. The company won a special award this year in this category as a result of ROFF's trust-based relationship with its employees who believe in the management of the organisation.

2013 was a particularly positive year for ROFF. The company intensified its growth of recent years by hiring about 130 new consultants and opening two new branches in Macau and in Nyon, Switzerland.  Its turnover exceeded EUR 50 million.
