ROFF launches Adm 24*7 complementary service

Our new Adm 24*7 service will provide clients with a remote and immediate tool that meets their need to actively and constantly monitor their SAP systems.

ROFF has just launched a new complementary service, Adm 24*7, for the active monitoring of production environments, with particular emphasis on SAP systems, by a team of experienced consultants who are constantly available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This new service uses SAP Solution Manager as its main work tool, making it possible to combine all the systems to be monitored in a single area with direct access. The Adm 24*7 service is based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) standards, as well as on SAP's best practices, and alerts can even be sent automatically by e-mail and SMS.

By means of a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact), clients can monitor the support service provided by ROFF's expanded SAP Application Management team. The team's operation is based on a portal developed by ROFF, whereby each event and/or incident is managed and updated in real time for the client.

The 24*7 service can also be extended to the client's operational areas (SAP Business Process Monitoring standard solution), with active alarm monitoring of functional processes.
