ROFF ranked 2nd in the 'Best Workplaces' list

ROFF, leader in implementing SAP solutions in Portugal, has been ranked 2ndin the 'Best Workplaces in Portugal' list for companies with over 250 employees, according to the 2015 study produced by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The Portuguese consulting firm took first place again in the 'Professional Services' sector and for the second consecutive year since the category started, ROFF was also declared the best for 'Health and Well-being', which recognises companies with the best human resources practices.

Celebrating 18 years in business, ROFF has pioneered the implementation of family and maternity support measures that grant employees flexible hours, allow remote working and encourage healthy habits through the provision of free bicycles, fresh fruit daily in the office and groups for playing sport. Its other initiatives include free doctor's appointments, common areas equipped with games consoles to help with stress management, massage and beauty treatments, and even free nutrition consultations in the workplace. More recently, the company has implemented a pension plan to support its employees in retirement.

ROFF, which currently employs about 850 consultants, has a long history of winning awards for its workplace environment. The company has intensified its growth in recent years and is preparing to open another branch in Ivory Coast, its third office in Africa.
