Profile

Degree in Communication or Marketing
Minimum of 2 years of work experience;
Fluent written and spoken English
Solid knowledge on Google Analytics, Email MKT and social media
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage priorities and customer orientation
Autonomy, flexibility, critical thinking, vigour, initiative, strong communication and influencing skills, sense of responsibility, problem solving skills and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

Planning, creating, writing and publishing content optimised for social media (texts, images, videos, podcasts, etc.) in Portuguese and English.
Defining and analysing KPIs in order to measure the effectiveness and results of campaigns
Organising and managing events
Managing the Corporate Social Responsibility Programme
Creating internal communication contents and campaigns
