ROFF implements SAP SuccessFactors Solution in SUMOL+COMPAL

ROFF, Portuguese leader of SAP implementation, is implementing the SAP SuccessFactors solution, one of the most recent technological focuses from the German multinational, in SUMOL+COMPAL, the Portuguese leading company in non-alcoholic beverages.

The solution focuses mostly in the implementation of a single platform that allows the increase of the efficiency of human resources management processes of SUMOL+COMPAL. It runs in a Cloud environment and can be accessed from any mobile device.

The focus of the implementation project, which was launched last September, includes the employee central processes, performance and objectives review, recruiting, on-boarding and training.

SUMOL+COMPAL choice of SAP SuccessFactors solution has as its main objectives provide the group with a platform that allows for the modernization of human resources processes, decentralise administrative tasks and increase the efficiency of talent management processes, boosting and keeping the existing talent in the organization.

ROFF highly invested in the training of its collaborators. Currently, it has around 70 consultants in the human resources area who are following SAP in all the existing training so the partners can have the qualifications regarding SuccessFactors. ROFF also has a team of experienced consultants developing upgrades for SuccessFactors in HANA Cloud Platform.
