ROFF ranked 6th in "Best Companies to Work For"

ROFF, the Portuguese market leader in SAP solutions implementation, achieved sixth place in the "Best Companies to Work for in Portugal" ranking compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute. The company's approach to worker development, informal work environment and internationalisation policy were distinguished in particular, and it retained second place in the ranking of companies with more than 250 employees.

Productivity bonuses, childbirth incentives, health insurance extendable to family members and free medical consultations on company premises are just some of the benefits available to all ROFF employees. As far as balancing work and private and family life is concerned, ROFF has concrete measures in place, such as a maternity and family support policy that allows employees to work flexible hours and also offers the possibility of remote working.

Other aspects that set ROFF apart are the large number of women in management positions, the constant provision of new professional challenges, both in Portugal and abroad, and the company's commitment to the qualification and growth of its workforce, enabling it to offer its clients a professional service based on a relationship of trust and responsibility.

"The external recognition and distinction that these accolades bring are only possible when we work as a highly motivated team united towards a common goal. At ROFF we believe that our workers are our greatest source of value and that the company's success is directly tied to their well-being, which is why we will continue to recognise their effort and stimulate the pride they have in the company's course."

Francisco Febrero, CEO of ROFF

The list of the 25 top companies is the result of an annual study conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, which has been compiling the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal list since 2000.

During 2012, ROFF strengthened its leadership in the implementation of SAP solutions in the portuguese market and the company continued to grow in all markets where it operates. It recruited new employees and remained clearly focused on its internationalization process with the opening of new branches in São Paulo and Macao. Besides continuing to expand the business abroad, ROFF registered growth in the domestic market, which now accounts for 46% of the company's turnover.
