ROFF was once again in the honours at the Great Place to Work Institute's European awards yesterday in Luxembourg. The consulting firm has won 7th place in the European list, making it the only Portuguese company to appear in the ranking of large companies (over 500 employees) and the best organisation for the areas of consulting and IT.
The various distinctions attained by ROFFin recent years, in both national and European studies published by Great Place to Work, are directly linked to its focus on people and the development of their potential. These are the factors that contribute to a high level of employee satisfaction and make ROFF a Portuguese leader in organisational culture.
Health insurance, life insurance, flexible hours, remote working, family support, massage and beauty services, free general medicine and nutrition consultations, and a pension plan supported by the company are some of the concrete benefits that make it a good place to work.
With approximately 850 consultants spreadover the four continents it operates in, ROFF has boosted its growth in recent years and closed 2014 with a turnover of 58.6 million euros.
